Main Activities and Responsibilities:
* Monitor and support month-end closing, ensuring timely reporting, variance analysis and explanations;
* Ensure reporting routines and contribute to meetings for decision-making and forecasting;
* Manage and improve the product costing model, annual revisions and new product introductions;
* Support preparation, monitoring and appraisal of CAPEX, including feasibility, returns and budget tracking;
* Coordinate budget and forecast process, consolidating figures from teams;
* Develop and optimise cost control and reporting tools, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Central Controlling;
* Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance, process integrity and continuous improvement;
* Provide training and guidance on financial processes, KPIs and cost management tools;
* Ensure policies, procedures and work instructions are updated and implemented;
* Participate in ad hoc projects and requests from Industrial Area or Central Controlling.
We are looking for:
* Degree in Economics, Management or similar;
* 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling or similar roles;
* Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus;
* Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft Office tools;
* Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset;
* Disciplined, organised and able to meet deadlines;
* Team player with good planning capabilities.
