About Responsibilities At KLx, you'll join our Testing perimeter supporting part of the Life Insurance scope for our partner, Crédit Agricole Group.
Working in a collaborative model, the team ensures the proper execution, coordination, and quality validation of non-regression tests and functional test cycles.
We're looking for a Test Lead responsible for managing non-regression testing, coordinating QA activities, and supporting test execution for topics outside release cycles.
This role includes team coordination, test planning, execution oversight, and close collaboration with technical and functional teams.
The Test Lead is responsible for: - Managing the non-regression tests for the Life Insurance perimeter; - Handling the execution of test cycles (recette) for topics that are outside the release scope; - Managing QA activities; - Leading framing, team coordination, participation in test execution, and preparation (test plans ready, documentation, etc.); - Overseeing automated tests, which use Cypress and UFT; - Overseeing manual tests, which use Quality Center, Xray, and Squash; About you!
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; - At least 5 years of experience as a Test Lead; - Proven experience managing non-regression test campaigns and coordinating QA activities; - Strong ability to perform test framing, team coordination, planning, and reporting; - Hands-on experience with test execution, both manual and automated.
- Fluent in English and French.
