They're looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team, either from one of their offices or fully remote from anywhere in Portugal.

The RoleYou'll support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email across a range of industries including fashion, technology, travel, and e-commerce.
Full training is provided, what matters most is your language skills and attitude.
ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer enquiries in Dutch via phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
Document interactions and follow up where needed
Meet quality and performance targets
Collaborate with your team to improve the customer experience
RequirementsFluent Dutch (mother-tongue proficiency) and professional English
Based in Portugal (any location, role can be fully remote within Portugal)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable working with computers and CRM tools
No prior customer service experience required, full training provided
