Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Leader - Railway Signaling to join our Engineering Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the project technically, ensuring compliance with the defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
* Leading the project, facilitating collaborative and agile management among project team members.
* Maintaining effective and fluid communication with the team, Project Manager, and client.
* Properly managing resources, including budget forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
* Planning the project, involving all specialties and intrinsic dependencies.
* Creating technical reports/notes for formal communication with the client.
* Managing resource capacity with appropriate competence for project tasks.
* Identifying and communicating critical path with the team.
* Launching and supervising the use of Ms Planner, ProjectWise, and Ms Project by team members.
* Maintaining effective communication with the Project Engineering Team and Client.
* Approving design generated by engineering collaborators.
* Generating technical reports for variation orders during project execution.
* Establishing meeting methodology, including weekly project coordination meetings.
* Conducting weekly follow-up on task compliance and progress.
* Updating project progress and making decisions/resolving incidents.
* Developing plans associated with engineering: Engineering Management Plan, Migration Plan, Test Plan, Commissioning Plan.
* Participating in system integration tests and generating reports.
* Developing and coordinating client training plans.
* Recording and disseminating lessons learned.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or similar.
* Registration with the Professional Order is a plus.
* 6-8 years of experience in Railway Signaling area.
* 2-3 years of experience in Technical Management roles.
* Training and certification in project management (PMI or IPMA).
* Experience with engineering applications and railway signaling design.
* Experience with Electronic Interlocking and ETCS technologies.
* Experience with IT systems and command and control centers.
* Familiarity with CENELEC 50126, 50128, and IEC 62443 standards.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
* Availability for site and international travel if necessary.
