We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our clients' Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades.
* 12+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management;
* Proven track record managing Oracle EBS upgrades, ideally version 12.2;
* Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, upgrade methodologies, and integrations;
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and infrastructure);
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English;
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities;
* Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks;
* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle-related credentials are a plus.
As a skilled IT professional, you'll:
* Lead the end-to-end Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program — from planning through post-go-live support;
* Engage with client and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
* Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, and risk registers;
* Communicate progress clearly through regular status meetings and reports to senior leadership;
* Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams;
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, Oracle best practices, and regulatory standards;
* Drive success by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
