HR Data Integration Expert
We are seeking an experienced HR Data Integration Expert to join our global team and lead the development of our SAP HCM Integration Solution.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in data integration and a deep understanding of complex IT architectures and dataflows. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global HR/IT DataHub based on SAP with over 150 integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a Solution Architect and Technology Expert for our global HR/IT DataHub.
* Develop a strategic vision for our SAP HR Datahub to optimize dataflows, integration monitoring efforts, and reduce incidents.
* Derive proactive suggestions to improve the architecture of our global HR Datahub and integrations based on your expertise and industry best practices.
* Deep dive into root causes for important incidents and seek sustainable solutions.
* Drive the S4/HANA transformation of the global HR Datahub to ensure a smooth move to the new technology.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Hold a bachelor or master degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration.
* Minimum 3-5 years experience with SAP HCM Solutions. Experience with other HRIS solutions is a plus.
* Experience with S/4HANA technology and have worked on S/4HANA transformations previously with a technical focus.
* Thorough understanding of complex IT architectures and dataflows, as well as different integration technologies (file transfer, APIs etc.).
* Interested in regulatory data management to enable workflows.
* Experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects.
* Good knowledge of managing IT service providers.
* Familiar with compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry, including GDPR.

* Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, and German language skills are an advantage.
* Ability to communicate reliably across all organizational levels and working cultures.
