Responsibilities:
* Manage incidents and changes using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to service operations.
* Ensure accurate risk assessments and develop change authorization frameworks.
* Implement and oversee agile development methodologies.
* Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience with digital solutions.
* Experience with incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office.
* ITIL certification or knowledge.
* Fluent in English with advanced writing skills.
Soft Skills:
