Overview
We're looking for a bold, entrepreneurial Country Manager to spearhead commercial expansion for our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to build a market from the ground up—crafting strategy, opening doors, and driving adoption in a competitive and fast-evolving space.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute country-level sales strategy for TAVI products
Identify and engage hospitals, physicians, and decision-makers in structural heart therapy
Build and manage relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and procurement teams
Collaborate with global marketing and clinical teams to support education, events, and procedural excellence
Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to inform regional strategy
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
Who You Are
7+ years of recent experience selling TAVI products
Background with leading cardiovascular companies or their distributors
Proven team leadership experience with a hands-on approach
Comfortable with market-building, strategic planning, and high-touch selling
Fluent in English and local language; open to travel as needed
