Job Summary
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in sales administration, effectively contributing to our global supply chain processes. You will make a difference by ensuring timely data hygiene, managing critical documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers globally, all while supporting seamless operations within our competitive industry.
General Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks, ensuring smooth business operations
Respond to inquiries from customers and suppliers in English/ a business partner's preferred language
Maintain SAP data and update Salesforce with sales and customer records
Monitor sample stock, arrange shipments, and coordinate with logistics teams
Organize marketing materials and dispatch product information
Support exhibitions, business events, and promotional activities
Assist across Business Lines, when needed
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Relevant qualification in commercial/trading
Work experience in distribution, trading or export/import
SAP and Salesforce knowledge as an advantage
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and other European language(s) as an advantage
Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
High attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
