As a Performance Design Expert, you will be at the forefront of crafting high-converting landing pages and funnels that turn clicks into customers.
You will design, test, and optimize presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows to drive revenue and conversion rates. You will work closely with growth managers and creatives to transform insights into designs that improve customer engagement and average order value.
Full training on 8-figure direct-to-consumer methods will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* You need to have a creative approach to design for direct response advertising and motivate action.
* You should have a proven track record designing for DTC brands and improving revenue/session through A/B testing and optimization.
* You should be highly skilled in Figma and Photoshop, able to deliver polished developer-ready assets.
* You should be ambitious and collaborative, working seamlessly with marketers, copywriters, and developers to build funnels that scale.
* You should be curious, data-driven, and eager to optimize every detail for maximum performance.
Requirements:
* Expert in Figma and Photoshop. Some knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand implementation constraints. Experience with responsive layouts and design systems.
* Proven record of increasing conversion rates and revenue per session, with examples of successful tests.
* Solid grasp of UX best practices, trust signals, persuasion principles, and the behavioral psychology that drives conversions and increases average order value.
* Ability to clearly present hypotheses, explain design choices, and share learnings with stakeholders.
* A strong portfolio of ecommerce presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows.
* 2-5 years working in ecommerce or for performance marketing agencies. Comfortable working on high-traffic sites, subscription models, and funnels for both mobile and desktop.
* Data-driven, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive. Someone who loves testing, iterating, and moving fast while keeping empathy for the customer.
