The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead sales initiatives and foster strategic relationships across Europe to propel the success of our Order Management Solutions (OMS) offerings among retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:

* Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the retail space to seize emerging opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless implementation of OMS solutions tailored to retail clients.
* Negotiation and Contracts: Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements with retail businesses.
* Industry Representation: Attend industry events to promote OMS solutions and expand business networks within the retail sector.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven success in business development within logistics, with expertise in order management solutions for retail clients.
* Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of 3PL services and supply chain operations in the retail sector.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Technical Acumen: Knowledge of OMS platforms and related technologies.
