Job Description
Setup, commission, and operate complex refrigeration test rigs and prototype units, ensuring accurate data acquisition and reliable performance;
Conduct detailed troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis of refrigeration circuit anomalies, identifying root causes of technical failures and performance deviations;
Manage and handle various refrigerant gases safely and compliantly, including charging, recovery, and proper disposal according to industry standards and regulations;
Perform comprehensive electrical diagnostics on refrigeration systems and test equipment, including control circuits, sensors, compressors, and fans;
Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical findings, test results, and observed failures to engineering teams, R&D personnel, and external suppliers
Qualifications
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in refrigeration system testing, installation, maintenance, or R&D environments;
Holds all necessary refrigerant handling certifications;
Demonstrated expertise in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various refrigeration circuits and components (e.G., compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion devices);
Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, including schematics interpretation, wiring, control circuits, and diagnostic techniques (AC/DC circuits, sensors);
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical with suppliers;
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
