Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an IT Recruiter based in Porto Salvo. The IT Recruiter will handle the full-life cycle recruiting process. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process for technical positions. The recruiter will also be responsible for collaborating with the team to developing effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
* Experience of 2 years minimum in IT Recruitment
* Skills in Hiring and Recruiting
* Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on-site in Porto Salvo (2 times a week)
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
