Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of a Property Manager.
Key tasks/ activities:
Property Manager Role;
Preparation of reports;
Contactwith suppliers;
Supervising service providers;
Other tasks inherent to property management;
Drawingup and managing budgets for common expenses;
Controlling the budget collecting/preparing payments;
Recording expenses and income;
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Property Management (mandatory);
Generalknowledge in Real Estate;
Good relationship skills with third parties;
Agilityin problem-solving;
Good knowledge of English;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
Drivinglicence (mandatory);
Possible needto travel within national territory.
