Technical Requirements:
Solid experience in complex Unix/AIX environments;
Proficiency in AIX 5, 6 and 7, as well as PowerHA, NIM, NPIV and LPM technologies;
Practical experience with NIM servers (configuration, management and evolution);
Good knowledge of Unix internals, including performance tuning and system APIs;
Solid knowledge of C/C++ and Unix system call interfaces;
Familiarity with UNIX and Windows system administration, with sensitivity to integration with networks and storage;
Technical documentation skills (build books, run books, standards);
Fluency in English.
Responsabilidades:
Ensure day-to-day support for complex and critical AIX environments with multiple clients;
Patching and upgrading hardware and software;
Document technical, security and architectural processes;
Analyze and develop robust technological solutions in a business context;
Participate in the definition and verification of technical solutions, in conjunction with technical and project managers;
Lead technical evaluations and ensure the delivery of efficient solutions;
Act as a technical reference, mentoring colleagues and fostering knowledge in the internal community;
Recommend and implement improvements in Linux/UNIX processes.
