Location: Avenida da Liberdade (Lisbon).ResponsibilitiesRespond in a professional, efficient, friendly manner to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by telephone.Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield (lead by example when attending to guest requests).Create and maintain accurate reservation records, promptly process cancellations and modifications.Resolve conflicts, make decisions and negotiate.Understand the implications of new information for current and future problem‐solving and decision‐making.Use Company Systems to enter data or process information.RequirementsFluent in English and Portuguese.Must meet the conditions to work in Portugal (valid residence permit, NIF, NISS, etc.).Experience in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar (preferential factor).Experience in customer service.Excellent communication skills.Proactive and responsible.Good computer skills.ConditionsInitial training.Work contract.Attractive salary.Multicultural environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
