ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Directly lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 26 engineers;
responsible for career growth, fostering a collaborative and innovative team spirit, and shaping the team\ 's long-term strategic direction.
Strategic & Technical Ownership: Drive the technical vision for the indoor unit product line;
guide the team through the full development lifecycle from requirements to final integration and testing, ensuring delivery on specifications, timelines, and cost targets.
Technical & Competence Development: Guide the team\ 's technical growth and corecompetencies;
ensure quality ofresults and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, modules, purchasing and product management;
champion the team\'s work and enable seamless collaboration across the product development ecosystem.
What Distinguishes YouEducation:Degree in engineering (e.G., mechanical, electrical, mechatronics) or similar qualification.
Experience:Several years in product development, ideally HVAC/thermal systems;
proven leadershipof engineering teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
Know-how:Strong understanding of system and product development processes;
experience with agile methodologies;
ability to managetechnical complexity and align with business objectives.
Languages:Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
