P BGTS is presenting a new opportunity for an M365 Engineer to work on a client project for an international automotive company based in Germany.
This is a remote role, where you would be engaged through BGTS and work in an international enterprise environment while contributing to large-scale infrastructure and cloud operations.
p Responsibilities /pulli Ensure Microsoft 365 services are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements /lili Act as a subject matter expert across the M365 platform (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Power Platform, Intune) /lili Plan and implement initiatives and improvements across the M365 landscape /lili Manage user provisioning, groups, and licensing /lili Troubleshoot issues across M365 applications and services /lili Monitor service health, tenant alerts, and Message Center updates /lili Maintain governance and security policies (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Conditional Access, MFA) /lili Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team on Purview and compliance capabilities /lili Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting /lili Review and support adoption of new M365 features and capabilities /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment /lili Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune /lili Experience with security compliance features (Conditional Access, MFA, Purview) /lili Hands-on PowerShell scripting for automation and administration /lili Experience with tenant monitoring, alerts, and operational support /lili Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams /lili Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills /lili Strong English communication (German not required) /li /ul /p
