Property Management Portugal
is a full-service property management company that provides comprehensive home care services and more. The company was created through a joint venture between two industry leaders: Tripwix Vacation Rentals and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Portugal Property.

We are currently looking for an
Administrative Assistant
with strong organisational and administrative skills, based in the
Algarve
, to join our team. This role will focus on administrative responsibilities and on supporting ongoing operations in the Algarve region.

What you'll do:

* Assist the Operations Manager and the Property Management Team with the daily workload related to operational and administrative tasks.
* Handle general administrative duties, including managing email correspondence efficiently, creating and maintaining online folders, organising archives, and performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
* Manage client relationships and client information in a professional and confidential manner.
* Supervise and report on the work carried out by external service providers.
* Prepare weekly operational and administrative reports.
* Organise invoices and support payment processes when required.
* Assist with calendar management and meeting scheduling.
* Liaise closely with the Property Management Team and the Finance Department.
* Travel within the Algarve area during working hours, when necessary, to support the team on the ground.
* Attend regular team meetings.
* Represent and uphold
PMP's core values
in all professional interactions.

What you'll need:

* To be based in the
Algarve area
, preferably near
Loulé
.
* Previous experience in an
administrative or secretarial role
.
* Experience in condominium or property management is not mandatory but will be considered an asset.
* A strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to meet deadlines in a punctual and efficient manner.
* Proactivity and initiative in problem-solving and in all situations that require action.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, with a continuous drive for professional improvement and high performance.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese
, both written and spoken (knowledge of French is not required but will be valued).
* A
valid driving licence
and
own vehicle
.
