Join an international banking environment within a team that is transforming the way Finance operates across a global organization. You will help roll out a unified financial operating model and ensure that financial systems, interfaces, and reporting streams are consistent, accurate, and future ready.
You'll work closely with project managers, system analysts, and international teams to design, develop, and enhance Finance systems and interfaces that power reporting streams such as accounting, management control, liquidity, and credit risk.
What You'll Do:
* Support project delivery by partnering daily with project managers and helping keep timelines, budget, and milestones on track.
* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring finance systems receive accurate, structured data.
* Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, IT, and project teams to secure timely, high quality delivery.
* Execute and support testing phases, validating accounting and reporting outputs and ensuring smooth go lives.
* Provide post implementation support, helping users resolve issues and ensuring interfaces run reliably.
Who We're Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or banking.
* Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Strong understanding of financial processes and interfaces.
What You Bring:
* Knowledge of accounting, banking products, or capital markets.
* Understanding of finance systems and data flows.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
