We are committed to providing the best possible environment to nurture our employee's skills and to flourish their talent.The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Human Resources Manager in achieving the strategic objectives of the HR team at the workshop.
The HRBP will take the lead on various projects, responsibilities, and in the development of the HR function, acting as a partner to the operational teams, ensuring that managers are properly guided on HR matters.Collaborate with the Talent Management team on direct workforce onboarding programs.Work closely with the Talent Management team in creating and planning training plans and courses.Proactively plan direct workforce 's missions, according to individual performance/development and business needs.Work together with direct workforce's managers to monitor and optimize team performance, aligned with business priorities.Participate in the annual performance evaluation of employees and performance/merit awards.
Collaborate with the Payroll & Benefits team to align the bonus/benefits strategy.Assist the Payroll & Benefits team when necessary, ensuring the efficient delivery of all payroll processes.Advise, train, and guide all direct workforce's managers in the proper management of labor relations issues.
Manage all labor relations issues in conjunction with managers.Stay up to date on labor legislation and proactively inform yourself of any imminent legal changes.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety topics related to HR.Is this position for you?You have a Master's degree, preferably in HR Management.
You have at least 5 to 6 years of experience in HR management in an industrial environment.
You have a solid knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law.
You demonstrate leadership and integrity.
You have a hands-on attitude and autonomy in the role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating others.
You have good change management skills.
You are able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment.
You have the ability to work collaboratively in multifunctional and multicultural teams.
