Job Overview:
This is a highly specialized role responsible for overseeing global DIS operations, fostering collaboration between business stakeholders, SAP systems, and third-party logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical guidance to end-users addressing day-to-day operational issues
* Develop and maintain business process documentation ensuring inventory control compliance across materials
* Ensure end-users receive comprehensive training on defined processes
* Verify accurate data entry practices among end-users
* Identify process improvements and communicate them to SCM Management
* Conduct testing and validation of system changes, participating in regression and integration testing

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college; five years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management/material and warehouse management roles
* APICS or other Supply Chain Management (SCM) certification is beneficial
* In-depth functional knowledge of SAP ERP DIS modules
* Able to create documentation, standard work, and implement processes
* Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
* Project management experience from concept to implementation
* High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel

* SAP project environment experience
* Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous
