You will analyse business processes, translate user needs into functional specifications, configure the platform accordingly, and ensure that the solution operates smoothly within each organisation.
You will also contribute to end-user enablement by conducting training sessions and providing functional support.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in requirement-gathering sessions with end-users and stakeholdersAnalyse administrative workflows and identify optimisation opportunitiesConfigure and adapt the digital management solution according to customer needsProduce functional documentation throughout the project lifecycleCarry out functional and validation testingDeliver training and ongoing support to users across multiple locationsWhat you'll need to succeedAcademic background in Public Administration, IT, Management or similar areasUnderstanding of document management systems (advantageous)Experience in public-sector functions or environments (advantageous)Ability to communicate in English or Spanish (not mandatory)Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally internationallyWhat you'll get in returnYou will join an expanding business with a strong national footprint and a dynamic, collaborative team culture.
