/pp This role is designed for a professional with a solid analytical mindset, capable of translating market data and asset analysis into structured insights and strategic recommendations for corporate occupiers.
/pp Key tasks/ activities: /pulli Providing strategic advisory support to occupier clients (tenant representation) throughout the office decision-making and leasing lifecycle, grounded in market intelligence and analytical assessment; /lili Conducting detailed market research and analysis of the office sector to support location strategies, space optimisation, relocation and consolidation decisions; /lili Analysing office assets from a strategic, technical and financial perspective from an occupier#39;s point of view, including suitability, efficiency, flexibility and long-term risk considerations; /lili Preparing high-quality analytical and advisory materials, including market reports, presentations, teasers and investment memorandums; /lili Contributing to the definition of occupier strategies, including location selection, space requirements, timing and negotiation positioning, based on data-driven insights rather than transactional execution; /lili Monitoring market trends and emerging dynamics, producing insights to support both internal teams and client advisory; /lili Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency between market research, advisory outputs and strategic recommendations.
/li /ulp Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired: /pulli Degree or Master#39;s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Law; /lili2–3 years of professional experience in real estate advisory, consulting, research, valuation or a similar analytical role (preferred); /lili Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; /lili Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights in a clear and structured manner; /lili Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; /lili Fluency in English (written and spoken); /lili Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality orientation; /lili Ability to manage multiple analyses and meet deadlines in a structured environment; /lili High sense of responsibility, rigour and professionalism; /lili Strong team player with effective communication skills; /lili Proactive, resilient and intellectually curious profile; /lili Driving licence.
