Global (English) Business Analyst / QA Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA with strong analytical skills and a critical mindset to join a demanding technology environment, with direct involvement in functional analysis, product follow-up, and quality validation of delivered solutions.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support product definition, prioritization, and ongoing evolution.
Perform functional testing, manual and/or automated, ensuring delivery quality.
Validate features, identify issues, and follow up on corrections.
Support continuous improvement and functional optimization processes.
Collaborate in a product-driven environment, with potential progression into a Product Owner role.
Profile Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA, or in a similar role.
Experience in functional analysis and product lifecycle support.
Experience performing functional testing (manual and/or automated).
Ability to define and validate requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with requirements, testing, or product management tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
High level of autonomy and ownership.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to challenge, validate, and propose improvements constructively.
