The Role: Data Scientist
Work Model: Full Remote with occasional travels to Germany

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in Marketing & Sales analytics within the pharmaceutical industry to join an international, business-critical project.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models to support pharmaceutical marketing and sales use cases
Perform advanced sales performance, segmentation, targeting, and forecasting analyses
Translate complex data into actionable insights for commercial and marketing teams
Apply statistical modeling and analytical techniques to drive business decisions
Perform data wrangling, transformation, and feature engineering
Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines
Work with multiple databases and data sources (strong SQL and data modeling knowledge)
Collaborate closely with international analytics, marketing, and sales stakeholders
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Scientist in Pharma Marketing & Sales Analytics
Strong proficiency in Python
Solid experience with pandas, NumPy, and related data analysis libraries
Strong foundation in statistics and analytical modeling
Experience with data manipulation, large datasets, and ETL processes
Good knowledge of databases (SQL and general database concepts)
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Structured, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically in:
Marketing analytics
Sales analytics
Commercial performance analysis
Experience in FMCG or e-commerce may be considered
