We are currently looking for 2 Accounting Specialists to join an international team within the Management Control and Accounting department. The consultant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end expense reporting process while working closely with internal stakeholders and finance teams in an international environment. ResponsibilitiesControl and monitor the entire expense reporting process Validate expense reports using dedicated financial tools Create and update employee files and information Provide support and training to employees regarding expense management processes Monitor automatic data uploads and integrations with financial systems Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for payment authorizations Prepare ad-hoc financial reports Support budgeting and forecasting activities Prepare tax-related documentation Compile and analyze financial statements Perform bank reconciliations and cyclical audits RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong analytical and financial reporting skills Experience interpreting financial statements and accounting data Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Strong communication and stakeholder management skills French is mandatory Additional InformationInternational and dynamic environment Team of 7 people within the Management Control and Accounting department Exposure to accounting and financial processes in a global insurance environment Salary range between 1,800€ and 3,000€ gross/month, depending on experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
