As a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (Remote), you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled.
* Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM systems.
* Build strong relationships with customers by addressing questions and resolving issues professionally, promptly, and with empathy.

The qualifications for this role include:
* Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and a strong command of English for internal communication.
* Experience in customer service preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
* Passion for travel and hospitality with an understanding of the needs and expectations of travelers.
