We're looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Project Manager to support operational workflows, budget tracking, content operations, and cross-functional collaboration across K–12 learning programs.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & PlanningMaintain program trackers, calendars, and dashboards across Teams, Share Point, and Jira.Track budgets, POs, and vendor spending; support monthly/quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.Coordinate cross-functional workflows (Content, Product, Instructional Design, QA, and Support). Data & ReportingBuild and maintain Excel-based trackers (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, conditional formatting) for delivery status, budget vs. actuals, and resource utilization.Develop executive-ready reports and slides in Power Point ; document SOPs in Word/Share Point. Atlassian (Jira) AdministrationCreate and manage projects, issue types, workflows, boards, filters, and dashboards.Partner with teams to define epics/stories, acceptance criteria, and clear SLAs.Ensure data hygiene and consistent tagging for accurate reporting. Digital Content Management (K–12)Support content lifecycle: intake, metadata application, versioning, QA readiness, and release notes.Coordinate with SMEs/editors to ensure alignment with curriculum standards and accessibility guidelines.Maintain content repositories and permissions in Share Point/Teams (and/or LMS/CMS if applicable). Communication & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a dependable point of contact for cross-team updates; run stand-ups, sprint rituals, and steering updates as needed.Translate complex operational/data insights into clear, actionable communication. Continuous ImprovementIdentify operational bottlenecks and propose pragmatic process improvements.Standardize templates, naming conventions, and reporting methods. Required Skills & QualificationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, IF/IFS, text functions, charts, data validation). Proficiency across Microsoft 365 : Teams, Share Point, Power Point, Word. Numeracy and budget tracking experience (spend tracking, basic forecasting, variance analysis). Strong English —both written and spoken—with the ability to produce crisp, executive-ready communication. Exceptional communication skills: stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, status reports, and concise updates. Semi-autonomous working style —able to own outcomes while being highly responsive to direction. Solutions mindset —demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve operational problems quickly. Atlassian & Content Well-developed skills in Atlassian Jira (project setup, workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, JQL basics). Digital content management experience—preferably in the K–12 education sector or a related learning/educational context.Nice-to-Have (Preferred)Experience with Confluence for knowledge base and SOPs. Familiarity with LMS/CMS tools (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Schoology) or content pipelines. Understanding of curriculum standards, accessibility (WCAG), and content QA workflows. Basic data visualization (Excel charts, Power BI fundamentals).Exposure to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and concepts. Vendor coordination and simple contract/PO administration.Experience in Ed Tech or education publishing.
