In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers with technical issues related to website solutions.
While prior experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the company.Your role will involve providing remote technical support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through solutions via phone, email, and chat.
Strong communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to handle challenges are essential for success in this position.You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a rapidly growing industry, with competitive salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for career progression.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with technical website issuesTroubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to website setup, configuration, and functionalityGuide customers in using website tools, helping them understand features and resolve any issuesAccurately document customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system for tracking and follow-upEnsure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional solutionsFollow company processes for troubleshooting, escalating issues, and ensuring resolutionEscalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support when necessaryOffer feedback to management on recurring issues and opportunities for improving the customer experienceTake ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and necessary follow-upAdhere to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality when handling customer informationCollaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experienceManage customer expectations and remain composed in high-pressure situationsProvide ongoing support for website-related queries, helping customers make the most of our servicesSkills & Qualifications:Fluency in German (C2 level required)Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher preferred)Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not essentialTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and troubleshooting techniquesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approachExcellent problem-solving skills, able to analyze and resolve technical issuesAbility to work independently and maintain high-quality service while working remotelyCapacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy when handling repetitive tasksComfortable with night shifts, weekends, and flexible hoursEU ID required to work in PortugalResidence card required for non-EU nationalsAdditional Benefits:Comprehensive health and life insurance coverage from day oneCareer development opportunities within a fast-growing companyDaily meal allowance to cover food expensesMonthly transport allowance to support commuting or transportation needsFlexibility to work remotely, allowing you to balance work and personal lifeCompany-provided equipment (laptop, tools, etc.) to ensure efficient work from homeA supportive and collaborative work environment focused on your personal and professional growth
