You will provide expert guidance, support all project phases, and utilize your knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.Primary Functions and TasksAdvising clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities;Gathering and analyzing requirements with clients;Designing optimized business processes;Recommending configurations and customizations to minimize modifications;Supporting clients through all project phases from analysis to deployment;Applying SDLC methodologies like Agile and SCRUM;Demonstrating expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, development, and integration, including customer portals;Maintaining up-to-date certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.Candidate ProfileDegree in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, or related fields;Experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions with Dynamics 365 or similar platforms;Fluent in German and English;Ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365;Knowledge of other Microsoft products like Share Point, Office, Azure is a plus;Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Sales & Services;Experience with data integration and migration;Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences;Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;Preferred certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant or similar.For more information, visit:www.linkedin.com/company/bearingpointAbout Bearing PointBearing Point is an independent management and technology consultancy with European roots and a global presence.
