We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to handle inquiries from customers regarding bank accounts, partnership benefits, and rewards programs.

* Language Skills: German (C2) & English (min. B2)
* Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
* Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 07:00-23:00 (rotative shifts)
* Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
* Work Model: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling service-related queries, answering questions about bank partnerships and the rewards program, and delivering solutions with a friendly, professional tone.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (C2) and English (minimum B2)
* Service-oriented, with excellent communication skills
* Resident in Portugal or eligible to work remotely from Portugal
* Comfortable working in shift patterns, including weekends
