Degree or Masters degree in Digital Product Design or related areas;
Capacity to foster a healthy stimulating work environment thatfrequently harnesses teamwork;
Essential:
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
Experience creating and maintaining design systems reusablecomponents and UI libraries.
Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply todesigning for digital platforms including web iOS and Android.
Understanding users identifying their needs from evidence andtranslating these into solutions.
Desirable (no excludable):
Portfolio of design projects.
Certifications or training in Product Design UX/UI Design DesignThinking Service Design UX (usability) or Research.
Personal Skills:
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment;
Structured self-organized and collaborative way of working;
Creativity and aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking;
Good level of spoken and written English.
