BettingJobs is working with an established operator with focus on the Portuguese market, now seeking to expand their Porto office with a proactive CRM Executive.
What you will do:
* Create and manage CRM campaigns, including communications via Email, SMS, Push
notifications, and Inbox.
* Manage and segment the customer database.
* Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve conversion and retention.
* Create automated communication cycles for conversion and reactivation;
- Collaborate withotherdepartments to ensure CRM strategy effectiveness.
* Come up with creative CRM ideas with focus on online Casino and Sportsbook product.
What we are looking for:
* Higher education in Marketing, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or similar fields;
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM roles;
* Knowledgeof conversion, retention, and reactivation indicators;
* Analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate results;
* Advanced proficiency in Excel;
* Experience in web product management (valued);
* Experience in the Gaming sector (valued);
- Knowledge of IMStools.
