Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on customer orders from receipt to shipment
Maintain direct and regular contact with international customers
Coordinate international logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and shipment follow-up
Liaise with production, warehouse, and headquarters in Denmark to ensure timely deliveries
Provide administrative support to the commercial and operations teams
Monitor service levels and ensure high customer satisfaction
Depending on experience and skill set, this role offers the potential to expand into further responsibilities over time, such as supplier management, optimization of our ERP system (Odoo), or involvement in continuous improvement projects.

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within industrial and/or export environments
Experience in international business contexts will be considered an advantage
Additional Information
Position based at our facilities in Trofa (Portugal)
Occasional travel to our headquarters in Denmark may be required
