Integrate AI‐driven functionalities to enhance intelligence, automation, and responsiveness across helpdesk, HR, and back‐office operations. Participate actively in agile processes: code reviews, sprint planning, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.About You! 5+ years of experience developing backend web applications usingPythonand frameworks such asFastAPI. Strong proficiency in building and maintainingREST APIsand ensuring robust data integration. Agrowth mindset, with willingness to expand backend expertise and explore emerging technologies in the AI ecosystem. Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non‐technical stakeholders. Experience working in an AI‐focused team, ideally with frameworks likeLangChainorLangGraph.
