We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department at a leading real estate and destination promoter.
This entry-level role is hands-on, supporting the Content Manager, Senior Marketing Managers, and marketing teams across various assets.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing digital plans, managing online communities, monitoring brand reputation, and ensuring effective campaign execution.

Lisbon with occasional travel to Vilamoura
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing digital marketing strategies and plans across various online channels Manage online communities, engage with audiences, and respond to inquiries and comments to foster a positive brand presence Monitor online brand reputation and address any issues or feedback promptly Conduct daily monitoring of online content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives Check and verify the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve desired outcomes Update and maintain presentations and marketing reports, enter key performance indicators (KPIs) from various digital platforms Analyze digital marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute to the team's success Key Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role Strong understanding of marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, AI etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential;
additional languages are a plus Highly motivated and results-driven Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Team player with strong collaboration skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and technologies Preferred Qualifications:
