Profile: Higher education degree in Information Technology or a related field; Minimum of 5 years' professional experience as a Functional Analyst in complex projects; Strong knowledge of the funds, securities, and insurance domains; Strong ability to map end-to-end processes and propose improvements; Proven experience with agile methodologies and requirements management tools; Good knowledge of English; Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset; Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and results-oriented approach.
