Job Details
Alloga Logifarma is a logistics and supply chain management company specializing in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and veterinary products.
As Quality Head you will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), implementing and maintaining the requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
Funtions:
* Guarantee quality control and the performance of products and services.
* Act as the Technical Director in the absence of the Technical Director, ensuring the continuity of pharmaceutical operations and compliance with relevant legislation.
* Ensure that Good Distribution Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices are implemented and adhered to for the storage of pharmaceutical products for human and veterinary use, medical devices, and other related products at Alloga Logifarma.
* Coordinate with National Authorities and monitor audits conducted by Authorities, Certification Entities, and Clients.
* Assist in the approval and monitoring of subcontractors, ensuring the preparation and execution of Technical and Quality Agreements that define responsibilities for both parties in accordance with GDP and GMP.
* Participate in the preparation, implementation, and review of procedures and work instructions applicable to Distribution, Manufacturing, and Quality Control.
* Support the implementation of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and take responsibility for its maintenance and updates.
* Keep the Technical Director informed about the performance of the Management System.
Requirements:
* Level 6 of the QNQ – Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
* Registration with the Order of Pharmacists with an updated professional license
* Registration with INFARMED
* Knowledge of ISO9000 and ISO14001 family standards
* Knowledge of Quality Tools
* Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
* Proven previous experience in similar roles
* Knowledge of IT management from the user's perspective
* Fluency in spoken and written English
