We are currently seeking a Content Moderator fluent in French and English to support online platform quality and digital community safety. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated to contribute to a safer and more positive online environment. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and classifying user-generated content in line with established guidelines and quality standards.

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining platform integrity by ensuring that content complies with defined policies. Your work will directly impact the quality, trust, and safety of online services used by millions of people. You will operate within structured review processes while applying sound judgment, consistency, and cultural awareness.

This position requires emotional resilience, strong concentration skills, and a high level of professionalism. You will be supported through structured onboarding, wellness initiatives, and continuous coaching.

Key Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and assess different types of content, including text, images, audio, and video. You will evaluate content accuracy, relevance, and compliance with established rules and safety policies.

You will be required to make objective decisions based on platform standards and document these decisions clearly in internal systems. You will flag and escalate sensitive or high-risk material in accordance with defined escalation procedures.

You will ensure consistency and quality across all moderation activities. This includes meeting productivity and accuracy targets, following documented workflows, and participating in regular calibration sessions.

Another important responsibility is identifying trends, policy gaps, or recurring issues and reporting them to quality or policy teams. Your observations will help improve guidelines, workflows, and platform safety.

You will participate in continuous training sessions covering new policies, platform updates, and mental well-being practices. Collaboration with team leaders, quality specialists, and support teams will be part of your daily work.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English and able to understand cultural nuances, written communication styles, and contextual meaning. You have strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused while performing repetitive review tasks.

You are emotionally resilient and capable of working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content. You understand the importance of professional boundaries and are comfortable following strict confidentiality and data protection requirements.

You are organized, reliable, and able to work with structured guidelines. You are comfortable receiving feedback and applying it to improve quality and consistency.

Previous experience in content moderation, quality review, customer operations, or online safety is considered an advantage, but not mandatory. Strong motivation, professionalism, and commitment to quality are essential.

Training and Onboarding
