What you'll do
* Manage and lead Operations Supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery and consistently meet performance targets;
* Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team performance and professional growth;
* Track KPIs, set performance goals, and develop strategies to improve performance;
* Manage escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and professional resolutions;
* Proactively identify risks and opportunities, solving problems to ensure continuous improvement.
What you'll need
* Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
* Experience managing teams (mandatory);
* Experience in sales and/or digital marketing;
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities;
* Goal-oriented with a customer-focused attitude;
* Adaptability, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills.
