The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the productivity of employees through strategic training initiatives. This role involves conducting company-wide needs assessments to drive effective training programs, identifying suitable solutions, and creatively designing methods to educate and enhance performance.
* Duties/Responsibilities:
The successful Employee Development and Training Specialist will:
1. • Develop employee development programs that meet organizational needs;
2. • Conduct annual employee training needs assessment to drive continuous improvement;
3. • Obtain or develop high-quality training materials using various media sources;
4. • Provide coaching support for managers, supervisors, or other involved team members in employee development efforts;
5. • Plan, organize, foster engagement, sustain motivation,& safeguard needed supplies for professional growth events. ↑
The position requires a strong focus on developing the online learning platform used by Mystic Cruises & Ocean. The right person should have experience with multimedia platforms.
