Job Overview
We are a leading digital agency specialized in media acquisition and performance marketing, operating globally across multiple formats.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute daily multichannel campaigns to drive business growth
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize for improved return on investment (ROI)
* Evaluate creative assets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum impact
* Implement tracking mechanisms, including pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 events
* Deliver actionable insights through clear reports to both internal teams and clients
* Research new traffic sources and opportunities to expand our reach
Key Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in Media Buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native, or similar)
* Fluent English language skills (essential)
* Strong knowledge of metrics: click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per mille (CPM), conversion price action (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), lifetime value (LTV)
* Analytical, autonomous, organized, and results-driven individual
* Nice to have: experience with ad servers, RedTrack/Voluum/Keitaro, Looker Studio, and automated reporting
