This is a rare 0-1 opportunity for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, has a passion for coaching and mentorship, and wants to turn a promising v1 into a breakout product with real-world impact.You’ll work directly with the founder to lead product strategy, shape the user experience, experiment with growth loops, and bring our AI-first vision to life as a powerful product that helps strategic product managers worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launch and Roadmap: Define and execute the product launch, optimize flows, and continuously improve based on user behavior and feedback.GTM & Growth Engine: Own trial-to-paid conversion, referral mechanisms, and shareable content artifacts. Collaborate on marketing experiments and community-led growth loops.Community Engagement: Represent the product in PM communities (LinkedIn, Slack, Twitter, etc.), host events, and cultivate relationships with career switchers, coaches, and influencers.Coaching Model Innovation: Help structure 1:1 or group coaching sessions, define PM career outcomes, and embed them into the product as measurable progress.SEO & Thought Leadership: Translate product insights into scalable SEO content, landing pages, and event-driven distribution strategies.RequirementsAI Product Development Experience: You’ve helped ship a GenAI-powered product or are comfortable navigating prompt engineering, UX ambiguity, and model limitations.PM Hiring Experience: 2+ years of experience hiring PMs, managing PM interviews, or supporting candidate evaluation. You understand the real bar for PM excellence.PM Mentor & Coach: You enjoy helping others grow and develop.
