About the Role - Making part of our corporate sales team and add value, providing support throughout the process and working as a team player Responsibilities To constantly persecute the New Sales Orders Income and Carry Over RFQ and nominations according to the Yearly and Strategical targets (individual and collective for sales force) in line or exceeding stablished margins Proactively propose actions to reduce costs and improve profitability together with Development, Industrialization and Operations on the customers of its responsibility Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives Plan and carry out regular customer visits (national and abroad), incl.
organization of business trips Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities Planning and participation on national and international fairs and exhibitions Upload of requests for quotations in the internal calculation system Follow up of quotations and promote problem solving near to the customer Issue of LBP, quotations as per Customer requirements price negotiations with Customers, products price and profitability controlling over lifetime Support sales terms and conditions definitions Issue and verification of NDA´s, LOI´s, manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the Sales Manager Issue of development - and cooperation contract; collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services Commercial support of running projects until EOP Weekly sales reporting to supervisor and management and support of Sales Forecast and Budget plannings Implement and observe the processes of quality, environment and the safety in their field of competence and according to the system references and customer requirements Qualifications - University Degree in Business or similar Required Skills Proficient level of English (mandatory) Previous experience within sales environment of at least 6 years, working along Automotive Industry Target-oriented individual with excellent communication skills Negotiation Techniques Preferred Skills Pay range and compensation package - International and cross-cultural growth opportunities, Diversity and inclusion commitment, Attractive conditions of employment, Yearly performance-based bonus Equal Opportunity Statement - Please note that only applications submitted in English will be considered.
