Perfil
1. Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in technical support roles, both remote and on-site
2. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Workstation and Server)
3. Solid experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair
4. In-depth understanding of TCP/IP networks, including configuration and diagnostics
5. Proficiency in administering Office 365 tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, and OneNote
6. Practical knowledge of ITIL and/or Agile methodologies
7. Ability to independently diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently
8. Familiarity with incident management tools, such as ServiceNow
9. High capacity for learning, adaptability, and resilience in demanding environments
10. Attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and strong team spirit
11. Fluency in English, both spoken and written
12. Knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus and considered an advantage
13. Availability for daily travel
14. Willingness to work occasionally outside regular hours (on-call and maintenance)
