DTOS is seeking an Associate - Client Administration to provide comprehensive administrative support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing various operational tasks related to their accounts and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administration of global business clients and their companies.
* Conduct and monitor due diligence (KYC) and ensure completeness of client records.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal procedures.
* Monitor banking transactions and client activities in line with business plans.
* Address client queries and complaints, ensuring high-quality service.
* Liaise with authorities, banks, and service providers as needed.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, and support team objectives.
Job Requirements
* Degree holder in Law and Management, Accounting and Finance, or any related field.
* ICSA partly or fully qualified.
* Minimum of 1 year experience within the Global Business sector.
* Fluent in oral and written English and French.
* Dynamic, committed, and proactive.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good team player with a strong customer service drive.
