Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer success organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and driving growth through effective account management.
* Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert deployment and operational guidance to ensure seamless integration of our products into customers' environments.
* You will act as the primary technical liaison for customers, collaborating closely with internal teams such as Support and Product Management to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
* In addition, you will guide customers through onboarding processes, monitor adoption levels, and develop strategies to drive value-based activities that increase platform consumption.
Requirements
Key Skills:
Skill 1 : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Skill 2 :Bachelor's degree is not sufficient one needs masters - The candidate must have at least five years of experience in Customer Success roles within the software industry.
Last but not Least Skill3 :- Proficiency In Major Cloud Platforms(AWS,Azure,GCP) For Core Services And Experience With IAM,KMS,VPC etc.,} -----------------------------------
