Key Accountabilities
· Solution Design & Configuration:
Work with business stakeholders to gather, define, and refine functional requirements
Analyse business processes and design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions within the nCino platform
Configure nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Onboarding, and Portfolio Management
· Platform Customisation:
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards to support nCino processes
Leverage declarative tools alongside light customisation where appropriate
· Process Automation:
Design and implement workflow automation using Salesforce Flow, approvals, and nCino process tools
Optimise lending lifecycle processes from origination through servicing
· Integration:
Support and contribute to integrations between nCino/Salesforce and core banking systems, document management platforms, credit bureaus, ERP systems, and third-party services
· Data Migration:
Assist in planning and executing data migration from legacy banking systems into Salesforce/nCino
Ensure accurate data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
· Testing & Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test scenarios for configurations, workflows, and enhancements
Support UAT cycles and ensure solutions meet functional and compliance requirements
· Support & Maintenance:
Provide ongoing platform support, issue resolution, and system optimisation
Manage enhancements, releases, and platform upgrades
· Documentation:
Maintain functional documentation including process designs, configuration guides, user manuals, and support procedures
· User Training & Adoption:
Support development of training materials and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to business users
Promote platform adoption and best-practice usage
· Compliance & Security:
Ensure platform configurations align with banking regulations, internal controls, data protection, and audit requirements
· Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with nCino and Salesforce releases, new functionality, and financial services trends
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Essential Criteria
· Hands-on experience working with the nCino Bank Operating System
· Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience)
· Experience configuring Salesforce Flows, approvals, reports, and dashboards
· Understanding of end-to-end lending and banking processes (origination, underwriting, approvals, servicing)
· Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
· Familiarity with system integrations and data migration concepts
· Strong understanding of data structures within Salesforce (objects, relationships, security model)
· Knowledge of compliance, audit, and regulatory considerations in financial services
Desirable Criteria
· Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder certification
· nCino Certification(s)
· Experience integrating Salesforce/nCino with core banking systems or document management tools
· Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps, Git)
· Experience working in regulated financial environments
· Understanding of reporting and analytics tools (Salesforce Reports, Power BI, Tableau)
