Job Overview
Support the HR Business Partners team in various activities including career and employee lifecycle management, HR administrative processes, and audit requests. Assist in HR project implementation, data management, and reporting. Contribute to the redesign and organization of HR resources and stay informed on HR trends and competitor insights. Collaborate on ad-hoc topics with HR teams.
Responsibilities
1. Participate in activities led by the HR Business Partners, including lifecycle and administrative matters.
2. Support HR project execution and data updates in HR tools.
3. Assist in preparing documentation, KPIs, and metrics.
4. Create dashboards to monitor initiatives' success and areas for improvement.
5. Redesign and organize HR Resource Centers (One Drive, SharePoint, Shared Folders).
6. Document operational procedures and review HR policies with stakeholders.
7. Research HR trends and competitor information to share with the team.
8. Support HR Business Partners on various ad-hoc topics.
Profile and Skills
- Academic background in Management or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects.
